- White shark Bob’s Pop-Off Satellite (PSAT) tag popped off early and our scientists were able to analyze his movements from his tagging in September off Nova Scotia to the PSAT’s detachment in January off Charleston, SC.

- Maple just pinged in approximately 8.5 miles (14km) off Cape San Blas, Florida! We met this 11'7" & 1,264lb sub-adult white shark in Sept. in Nova Scotia & she's traveled over 3,100 miles since.

- Crystal is 10ft long and approximately 460lbs. She was named after North Carolina’s Crystal Coast, a stretch of beaches located near where we were able to sample and tag her and is known as the southern outer banks.

- White Shark Cabot’s last ping was in the Gulf Of Mexico, a region he’s visited every January over the past 3 years!
We met Cabot in Nova Scotia in October 2018 and he’s traveled almost 15,000 miles since!

- Santiago pinged in at Cape Lookout Shoals, off of NC! We met this male juvenile white shark during Expedition New England last summer and he has since traveled almost 750 miles!
